All items with will be shipped via USPS or UPS Ground.
Returns
Grady's wants you to be pleased with your purchase. We accept returns on most items within 30 days.
Some exclusions do apply:
Firearms:
Firearms may not be returned or exchanged.
At any time for any reason within 30 days of your purchase Grady’s will return the firearm to the manufacturer at no cost to the customer. After 30 days Grady’s will still assist with returning a firearm to the manufacturer, but shipping and repair charges will be the customer’s responsibility
The following items are covered exclusively by the manufactures warranty and can not be returned:
- Ammunition
- Canoes/Kayaks
- Firearms
- Grills
- Safes
